  1. I. From the Tutorials Menu, you may do one of three things:
  2.  
  3.         Display this Help screen
  4.         Select a tutorial to review
  5.         Go back to the Main Menu
  6.  
  7.  
  8. To Display the Help Screen you are reading now:
  9.  
  10.         Highlight the first item on the Tutorials Menu, and
  11.         press the RETURN key.  UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move 
  12.         up and down, respectively, in the help text.  HOME 
  13.         (or LEFT ARROW) moves to the beginning of the text.  
  14.         END (or RIGHT ARROW) moves to the end of the text.  
  15.         PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to 
  16.         the beginning and end, respectively, of the text.
  17.         Press ESCAPE to return to the Tutorials Menu.

  20. To select a Tutorial:
  21.  
  22.         a. Use the cursor movement keys to highlight a tutorial 
  23.            name.  UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  24.            respectively, in the list.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW)
  25.            moves to the beginning of the list.  END (or RIGHT
  26.            ARROW) moves to the end of the list.

  28.         b. Press the RETURN key.  This will replace the 
  29.            Tutorials Menu with a Tutorial Window.

  32. To go back to the Main Menu:
  33.         Press the ESCAPE key.

  38. II. From a Tutorial Window, you may do six things:
  39.  
  40.         Review the tutorial
  41.         Select a statute to review along with the tutorial
  42.         Toggle to the Statute Window if a statute has been
  43.           selected
  44.         Go back to the Tutorials Menu
  45.         Go back to the Program Main Menu
  46.         Quit the program completely to DOS

  49. To Review a Tutorial:
  50.  
  51.         UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  52.         respectively, in the text.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW) 
  53.         moves to the beginning of the text.  END (or RIGHT 
  54.         ARROW) moves to the end of the text.  PAGE UP and 
  55.         PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to the beginning
  56.         or end, respectively, of the text.

  58. To Select a Statute:
  59.         Press the S (or s) key.  This will bring up the Statutes
  60.         Menu.

  62. To Toggle the Display to an Already-Selected Statute:
  63.         Press the O (or o) key.  The Statute Window will cover
  64.         the Tutorial Window.

  66. To go back to the Tutorial Menu:
  67.         Press the ESCAPE key.

  70. To go back to the Program Main Menu:
  71.         Press the M (or m) key.

  74. To quit the program completely to DOS:
  75.         Press the X (or x) key.

  80. III. From the Statutes Menu, you may do one of two things:

  82.         Select a statute for display
  83.         Go back to the Tutorial Window

  86. To Select a Statute:

  88.         a. Use the cursor movement keys to highlight a statute 
  89.            name.  UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  90.            respectively, in the list.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW)
  91.            moves to the beginning of the list.  END (or RIGHT
  92.            ARROW) moves to the end of the list.

  94.         b. Press the RETURN key.  This will replace the Statutes

  103. IV. From a Statute Window, you may do one of six things:

  105.         Review the statute
  106.         Toggle back to the Tutorial Window
  107.         Select a different statute from the Statutes Menu
  108.         Go back to the Tutorial Menu
  109.         Go back to the Program Main Menu
  110.         Quit the Program completely to DOS

  113. To Review the Statute:

  115.         UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  116.         respectively, in the text.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW) 
  117.         moves to the beginning of the text.  END (or RIGHT
